CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes, long as the item is not worn, damaged , stained or odor. We do have the right to decline any exchange.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Please allow 3 day processing time and 3-5 business days for shipping
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
We’re sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect or faulty item please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and picture proof of both the incorrect faulty item.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
No, we are quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive yours as soon as possible once the order has been placed we are unable to cancel it.
I NO LONGER WANT THE ITEM CAN I HAVE A REFUND?
No we do not offer refunds.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You will receive an email once your order has been Dispatched from our location which will contain your USPS /FEDEX tracking number. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 48 business hours to provide tracking updates. If you see a not found or error message when attempting to track your package please allow 48 business hours for an update to be shown. If you are not available for your package when a delivery attempt is made your package will be held at your local USPS office until you request a re-delivery or pick it up yourself.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN ?
Unfortunately we are sorry this happened. All packages are shipped with insurance. You will need to contact the carrier and file claim with them . Unfortunately once shipped the item is out of our company hands but we do care for our customers and make sure to ship all packages with insurance.
